These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TryOnIA ("the App"), a Shopify app operated by DevCloud Software LLC ("we", "us"). By installing the App, you agree to these Terms.
TryOnIA is an AI-powered virtual try-on engine for Shopify storefronts. Customers upload a photo of themselves on a product page, and an AI provider returns a rendered image showing them wearing or holding the product. The App also surfaces conversion analytics tying try-on sessions to add-to-cart and order outcomes.
You must be the owner or an authorized staff member of the Shopify store on which you install the App.
The App offers a Free tier and four paid tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale, Pro) with ascending monthly try-on quotas. Pricing is shown inside the app and on the Shopify App Store listing.

We may suspend service if your storefront generates a sustained burst of safety-filter blocks, since this signals the App is being used outside its intended scope.
Our handling of merchant and shopper data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. In short: we store the minimum required, we never sell data, customer photos are auto-purged on the retention window you set (default 7 days), and we honor Shopify's GDPR webhook flows.
Try-on results are generated by third-party AI providers (e.g. Fal.ai, Replicate). We do not warrant the accuracy, photorealism, or commercial fitness of any given output. The result image is an approximation, not a guarantee of fit or appearance. You are responsible for any storefront-facing claims about size, fit, or material.
We target best-effort 99.5% monthly uptime but make no SLA commitments on the Free plan. Per-shop rate limits, per-plan quotas, and the per-job AI timeout are documented in the in-app Help page.
The App, its source code, designs, and brand marks are owned by DevCloud Software LLC. You retain ownership of your storefront content and product imagery. Shoppers retain ownership of their selfies and the result images derived from them, subject to the consent they grant at upload time.
You may uninstall at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or revenue-based damages, including any commercial loss resulting from a try-on output that differs from a physical product.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
